Vivian suggests that enterprises or non-profit organizations (such as Green Monday Malaysia) should have organize some cooking recipe sharing session and workshop to encourage and educate the citizens to understand the important of healthy diet habits towards our future as many of the citizens confuse on how and where to begin in adjusting diet habits. By creating a cooking recipe sharing session and workshop, it might be able to attract and create awareness among the public as well as prepare a platform for the people to share about their experiences throughout the way of successfully adjusted / cultivated their diet habits.

Vivian Hoo Kah Mun is a female badminton player from Malaysia. Her current badminton partner is Woon Khe Wei, with whom she has a world ranking of No. 9. Being regular women’s doubles player, Vivian and her partner have won gold in the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow and they also reached the quarter-finals of the 2016 Rio Olympics.
