Vivian suggests that enterprises or non-profit organizations (such as Green Monday Malaysia) should have organize some cooking recipe sharing session and workshop to encourage and educate the citizens to understand the important of healthy diet habits towards our future as many of the citizens confuse on how and where to begin in adjusting diet habits. By creating a cooking recipe sharing session and workshop, it might be able to attract and create awareness among the public as well as prepare a platform for the people to share about their experiences throughout the way of successfully adjusted / cultivated their diet habits.
