“Green Monday” is a movement that hopes everyone can get a hint of it. One should go for organic healthy foods instead of eating oily and fried foods. Although it’s only once a week, but you can do it 52 times a year. Marissa believed that Green Monday will be a wholesome start for those who want to live a healthier life. “You can’t change your lifestyle in one day, yet, if you are doing it on Mondays, you will be taking a huge step towards a healthier lifestyle.”

When it comes to eating well, there is always so much focus on what we should avoid, but you do not need to restrict yourself to practise a healthy lifestyle. “Healthy eating is not about strict dietary limitations. Never think that you will lose anything for a healthier living; do you control it or does it control you, perhaps you may consider to add some good elements to your life.”

In fact, introducing Green Monday into your life can help people who wish for a healthier life, and there’s no need to deprive yourself. “I will not restrict myself if I’m craving for snacks so intensely. Moderation or portion control is the key. Do not feel guilty over this matter. Not only healthy eating, positive mind and thinking will contribute to your overall health as well.”
